Start your with a visit to Lake Mburo National Park, where you can take part in a thrilling game drive or boat safari. Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of the African wilderness as you spot zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and hippos. Continue your excursion to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the endangered mountain gorillas.

Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by African Safari Tour Holidays representative who will welcome you and transfer you to Lake Mburo National Park, which is located in the south western Uganda and it’s a 3-4 hour drive from Kampala. During this journey you will make several stopovers where you will witness amazing attractions like equator crossing, Mpambire drum makers, Igongo cultural center among others. You will reach the park in the afternoon hours and check in to your lodge before having lunch. After lunch you will depart for an afternoon game drive in the park to have to witness numerous wildlife species like buffaloes, zebras, leopard, bushbucks, giraffes, antelopes and impalas. Following the game drive you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Today you will have an early breakfast, meet your safari guide and then depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Along the way you will be rewarded with majestic views of rolling landscape covered dense flora, magnificent tea plantations among other unique attractions. You will have lunch enroute and proceed to Bwindi impenetrable national park which is home to the highest population of the endangered mountain gorilla. As you travel, you will come across steep hills and lots of banana plantations before arriving at the park. You will reach the park in the late afternoon; you will have time to relax or go for a nature walk if you wish before dinner and overnight comes.
Today is your gorilla trekking day. You have to wake up early, have breakfast and request for your packed lunch from the lodge. You will meet your safari guide and transfer to the park’s headquarters for a briefing about rules and regulations on how to behave while trekking. After the briefing you will be divided into a group of 8 individuals and each group will be allocated a gorilla group to trek and an experienced armed park ranger guide who is well conversant with the forest trails and gorilla species. Gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable national park takes about 2-8 hours depending on the location of the gorilla. Once you've located them, you'll be given an hour to spend with them and take some pictures, record videos. After your gorilla trekking experience, you will head back to the starting point and meet your safari guide.  Following the trekking experience you will be driven back to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
Today you will get up early, have breakfast, and then travel for 5 to 6 hours to Queen Elizabeth National Park, passing via the Ishasha sector, which is home to the tree climbing lions. You will arrive at the park in the afternoon hours and have lunch. Following lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive to witness various wildlife species such as buffaloes, elephants, antelopes to mention but a few. Afterward, return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will take a game drive along any of the park's designated game viewing routes, which include Kasenyi, the north Kazinga plains, and the Ishasha area. While on game drive you will get the opportunity to witness a variety of wildlife animals, including buffaloes, hippos, warthogs, antelopes, elephants, and baboons. You will have a chance to witness the famous tree-climbing lions in acacia tree branches when traversing through Ishasha sector. Following the game drive you will return back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch you will depart for an afternoon boat cruise on Kazinga channel where you will have a chance to view water bucks, Hippos, crocodiles along the channel. Later in the evening return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Today marks the end of your safari. You will wake up at your leisure, have breakfast and then meet your safari guide for your departure to Kampala. You will have a morning game drive in the park where you will encounter various wildlife animals such as buffalos, giraffes, zebras, impalas among others. You will have lunch along the way in Mbarara town following the game drive. After lunch you will proceed on your journey back to Kampala in order to catch your flight back home.
