Embark on the ultimate adventure and immerse yourself in the stunning landscapes and diverse wildlife of Uganda with the 8 Days Best of Uganda Adventure Safari. This safari takes you on a journey through some of Uganda's most iconic destinations, allowing you to witness the incredible beauty and richness of this East African gem. Start your adventure with a visit to Lake Mburo National Park where you will enjoy exhilarating game drives and boat safaris, spotting numerous wildlife animals like elephants, giraffes, impalas and even the elusive leopards.

On your arrival, drive to Lake Mburo National Park passing through a small town while enjoying views of the rolling landscape covered by evergreen fauna, banana plantation among other amazing attractions. Make a stop at Kayabwe's Equator crossing for a picture, some explanatory talks, and some experiments. Continue on the way to your lodge, where you will check in and have lunch. You will take a boat on the lake after lunch to look for wildlife, including crocodiles and hippos. After the boat cruise you will drive back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
After an early breakfast, take a game drive via Lake Mburo National Park before continuing to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park in South Western Uganda. This drive takes you through Uganda's verdant rolling hills, via banana and tea plantations with beautiful scenery. You will have lunch along the way reaching the park in the late evening. Upon arrival you will check in to your lodge, have dinner and overnight stay.
Following an early morning breakfast, get your packed lunch and head out to transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing about rules and regulations on gorilla trekking experience. The briefing starts at 7:30 and ends at 8:00am. You will be allocated a gorilla group to trek and a park ranger guide to lead through trekking following the briefing. As you trek in the jungle to view the famous mountain gorillas, park ranger guides will lead you through dense creepers and foliage. This journey can take anywhere from 30 minutes to three quarters of a day. The heavily forested area is extremely dense, although it is crisscrossed by numerous animal pathways that allow tourists access. The duration of the walk is mostly determined by the movement of the gorillas. But being around these exquisite yet threatened creatures is an incredible feeling.
You'll leave for Queen Elizabeth National Park for and incredible wildlife safari early this morning. You will be rewarded by some breathtaking landscapes as you travel. You'll arrive in time for lunch at the lodge and following lunch you will embark on an afternoon game drive across the Kasenyi plains, where you'll be looking for Savannah wildlife, which might include lions and leopards, antelopes, buffalo herds, and elephants. If you're lucky, you might even glimpse some wild cats. After the game drive, return back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
This morning, you'll return to the Kasenyi plains for a morning wildlife drive to see what you might have missed the day before. Head back to the lodge for lunch following the game drive. Following lunch, you will depart for an afternoon boat ride along the Kazinga channel. Following lunch, you will depart for an afternoon boat ride along the Kazinga channel. Drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay after the boat cruise.
Following a leisurely breakfast, you will go on an adventure towards the Northern bank of the Queen Elizabeth National Park (Kasenyi) region with the aim of spotting various wild fauna such as buffalo, elephants, and wild cats, as well as various antelope species like water buck, Uganda kobs, and Savannah birds. You will travel to Kibale National Park after lunch and arrive at your lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, you will be driven to the Kibale National Park Headquarters in Kanyanchu. You will meet up with fellow trekkers here for a briefing before heading into the jungle for chimp tracking. During your guided primate walk inside Kibale Forest National Park, you will be accompanied by a knowledgeable well-suited ranger guide who is well conversant with the forest trails. This forest offers the chance to see one of the habituated chimp groups. You can watch these Great Apes for an hour and learn about their behavior during that time, capture pictures as well as record videos. Following lunch, you will head to the Bigodi Wetland for a wetland walk with opportunities to see primates and several bird species. This walk will enable you to appreciate the role of the local people around Bigodi in conserving the wetland, and you have the option to support them with a donation in kind. Please note that this is a voluntary act.  Return back to the lodge following the visit to the sanctuary.
Following breakfast this morning, you will be driven to Entebbe International Airport to catch your onward flight back home.
